SIGMA Lite

• Fingerprint reader designed for narrow mounting surfaces — door frames, window frames, server rack doors, turnstiles
• Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
• Default database of 500 users, upgradable to 3,000 or 10,000
• LED-only feedback (no display screen)

SIGMA Lite+

• Same core hardware as Lite, but adds an LCD screen — shows username and date, built for time & attendance tracking as well as access control

SIGMA Extreme

• Built for harsh outdoor conditions — the ruggedised option in the family, suited to exposed gates or extreme-weather entry points

Shared across the whole SIGMA range:

• Fingerprint biometric authentication — no card or PIN required, though multi-factor combinations (card + biometric + PIN) are supported for higher-security applications
  Anti-fraud and fake finger detection — resistant to spoofing attempts
• Duress finger prevention — a specific finger can be enrolled as a duress credential; presenting it grants access as normal but silently triggers an alarm, so a person under coercion can comply without alerting an attacker
• Consistent accuracy regardless of database size — matching speed and reliability doesn’t degrade as more users are enrolled
• PoE-capable, RS-485/Wiegand connectivity depending on model and host system
• Multiple mounting form factors across the range — narrow mullion mount through to fully outdoor-rated housings

Gallagher Command Centre — native integration, biometric enrolment and template management handled directly within Command Centre, duress-finger alarm support

Inner Range Integriti — direct integration since Software Version 22, readers connect straight to IR access control panels, users enrolled directly in Integriti with no third-party server needed, faster lookups via optimised per-reader user databases (users only sync to the readers they’re actually permitted at)

Genetec Security Center — via the IDEMIA MorphoManager Biometrics Plugin, available through Genetec’s own partner integration hub
